Last month, we hosted our first Energy (in)Equity training, a professional training that examines how the energy industry perpetuates systemic and racial injustice and what each participant can do to address injustices through individual and collective policy work.

We are especially heartened by the level of vulnerability folks showed up with—reminding us that vulnerability is an important force that opens us to learn about ourselves and the role we can play; it drives us forward to shift our awareness and daily practices towards justice.
