  • Typically, clients choose a standard customization package that includes:

    • a few prep meetings to help us understand what your team’s needs are

    • a customized training proposal with about 7 hours of training

    • customized lessons based on your area(s) of focus, curiosities, struggles, questions, discussions

    • a post-training follow-up because learning never ends

    Sometimes though, folks opt for a more robust plan, and that can be further modified to your needs. Let us know what route you’re thinking, fill out the request form.

    A few additional things to keep in mind:

    • Because we care about the way we curate trainings and customize options, we have a 10-week lead time minimum once contracted.

    • We can either do a fully in-person or fully virtual training, but do not currently offer a hybrid option.

    • We generally prefer a group size between 8 to 20 participants, but have had productive trainings with groups outside of this range!

    • Costs are fully dependent on the scope, so we can’t provide an estimate until we hear more about your requests. Curated trainings tend to start at $18,000. We encourage community-based and frontline organizations and smaller public entities to inquire about a discounted rate.
