Holidays & Wellness Days 2026
All employees are paid for the federal holidays recognized by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (minus Inauguration Day holidays). These include the following holidays, which may be subject to change annually at the discretion of management:

● New Year’s Day (January 1st)
● Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January)
● President’s Day (3rd Monday in February)
● Memorial Day (Last Monday in May, May 26th)
● Juneteenth (June 19th) —> Can be used as a floating holiday
● Independence Day (July 4th)
● Labor Day (1st Monday in September, September 1st)
● Indigenous People’s Day (2nd Monday in October, October 13th)
● Veterans Day (November 11th)
● Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
● Christmas Day (December 25th)

Not required to take the day off, but highly encouraged to reset, take some space and to not have meetings!
