Great Work on Good Jobs

Common Spark is supporting Pacific Community Ventures’ (PCV) Good Jobs Community of Practice through additional facilitation design advising, agenda support, meeting summary and synthesis, and co-facilitation support. We are thrilled by the opportunity to continue our own learning and work to support small businesses, inclusive economies, and wealth-building in communities.

PCV supports small business owners and their communities in the fight for economic, racial, and gender justice. Their Good Jobs Innovation Lab seeks to support small businesses in their adoption of good job practices, which expand and deepen opportunities for workers and their communities, leading to more resilient and thriving communities.

The Good Jobs Community of Practice anticipates 100 small-to-medium business owners participating across five cohorts. Each cohort would experience three synchronous virtual workshop sessions to support each business owner’s identification, implementation, and reflection of new good job practices in their organization.
