Sponsored by the Greenlining Institute and hosted by the CA House Partnership, Common Spark convened affordable housing providers over a 5-meeting series to discuss the challenges, opportunities, and needs to advance decarbonization in multifamily affordable housing. Topics included: Sustainable Design and Construction; Staff Capacity to Decarbonize and Operate and Maintain; Title 24 and Future Impacts; Financing; Programs and Policies. Input from discussion was consolidated in summaries, and recommendations with significant support were elevated in a report published by the CA Housing Partnership.
