Yue has built coalitions across labor, environmental, and community organizations, translating complex regulatory landscapes into effective advocacy and campaign strategies. Her experience includes engagement in legislative and agency proceedings, policy research and analysis, and negotiating community benefit commitments to help ensure clean energy investments deliver meaningful local outcomes.
Yue holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
